Fee Schedule

Horse worked 3-6 times weekly as needed for horse's maximum training potential and needs. Turnout as weather permits. Grooming/ clipping as needed.  Includes full board, bi-monthly worming, basic coat supplements.   1 lesson/ wk included at trainer's discretion.  90 day minimum for Performance, 60 day minimum for Halter. $850/mo
       Colt Starting Taking a horse from ground to riding in a calm, clear methodical fashion, dictated by the horses individual personality to result in a confident happy partner who is comfortable and ell-mannered on the ground as well as riding in both the arena and on trails. $950/mo


Marketing Program


On a limited and approved basis only - already trained horses in for sale, includes training (minimum 3x week), marketing on multiple forums, board and care.  Sales Commission extra.  Videos, ads and basic photos included.  Professional photos can be done at $150/session.

*All Veterinary and Farrier fees billed at cost for training clients.

***$25 escalating late fee if not paid by 10th of month

Lessons 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on horse and rider’s needs, at trainer’s discretion.  $50

Full face clip, includes legs and close shave on eyes and muzzles.

Commission on horses $7500 and over  15%

***NEW***  Marketing Package for outside horses:  Includes riding, liberty and conformation photos, up to 2 videos, sales write-up, ad placement and response coaching.  Additional videos can be made at $50/each.  Horse can be hauled in to STC for this package. *Travel possible to your farm for 3+ horses with travel costs at your expense.  $250
Single Video or Photo session   $75
Photo shoot preparation with pro photographer  $75
Online Advertising - (free for Marketing program horses)   cost

Horse Shows
  • Includes: Horse schooled, trained, ridden, exhibited, shown as needed. Stall cleaned, horse fed three times daily. Amateur lessons given as needed. Show clipping, grooming, braiding included.
  • Show entry fees, shavings, hauling, pro-rated tack stalls extra and billed at cost.  
  • Owner keeps 100% of any prize monies.

Schooling or

Region 9   $200/day - $600/max
Other Regionals Regions 8, 12, 14 $800
National Level Shows

Sport Horse Nationals;  US Nationals;  Scottsdale;

 Payment Policies:

  • No extra charges for leg wrapping, basic clipping, handling for vet/farrier, show decorations, braiding, etc.
  • Owner to provide blankets and pay for repair if needed. If farm blankets are used, owner will be billed for repair and cleaning.
  • Special supplements or upgraded feed will first be discussed and then billed to owner at cost.
  • Multiple Horse Discounts Possible.
  • Owner responsible for Veterinary and Farrier charges.
  • Payment for any partial month shall be on a pro rata basis in accordance with the daily fees.
  • Any delinquent payments shall bear an additional fee of $25 - $50 per month.
  • NSF Checks will incur a $30 fee for the first occurence and $50 thereafter; and future payment required via paypal, cash or Cashier's check.
  • Payments via Paypal will be subject to a 3% convenience fee (same as Paypal charges us).
  • Clients who are more then 30 days late more than once, may be required to put a credit card on file for future billing.

***Payments due by 5th day of each month.  We WILL be enforcing the late payment fee of $25 the first month, and $50 per month after***
